The Shop in your closet service is primarily about us coming to your home and helping you discover new clothing combinations and shop “new” in your own closet. We often limit the use of different garments to a few combinations and easily miss the 10 other ways we could also use them. Our stylists will make you aware of how to get the most out of your current wardrobe, helping you avoid excess consumption and save money. If the stylist feels that you are missing some basic pieces that would make your wardrobe more complete, these are discussed during the service. If you wish, we will also help you clear your wardrobe of clothes that do not match your style, that do not fit in size, color or that have simply gone out of fashion. Finally, we’ll also teach you how to think about purging your wardrobe in the future in a quick and efficient way.
Shopping in your closet is basically about sustainability, avoiding excess consumption and saving money. A big reason we buy new clothes is the feeling of not wanting to wear the same clothes too often. Why we easily get that feeling is because we don’t see how the clothes in our wardrobe can be used in different ways. If with every major item of clothing we saw 10 potentially stylish combinations instead of 2, our need to buy new from the store would be drastically reduced.
We’re sure everyone can also agree that a decluttered and cleaned wardrobe is much more fun than a messy one. It will be easier to find clothes and, more importantly, to find clothes that fit. So, you save time and energy.

You choose how long and thorough a service you want. A larger wardrobe often takes 3 hours to go through properly. If you have a smaller wardrobe, we can usually manage with 2 hours.
To qualify as a VIP customer, you need to have taken part in a service with Voga Styling within the last 12 months.
Does not apply to lectures or the purchase of gift cards. Purchasers of gift cards are therefore not counted as VIP customers. However, recipients of gift cards are considered VIP customers for 12 months from the date the service was provided.
I tested the Personal Style Guide package and can’t be anything but pleased with my choice. Everything felt very professional and luxurious to have your own stylist. Sandra who handled the styling really knew what she was talking about and managed to pick out new styles and clothing combinations that I wouldn’t have thought of myself, but to my surprise were super stylish! Really Vogat!
“Shopping with a stylist” is the most fun I’ve had in a long time. So affordable and when I drove home after 3 hours of shopping today, I was in such a good mood! I had finally found a lot of nice clothes that I like and feel good in, all thanks to Sandra! The easiest way is to press the "book an appointment" button at the top of the menu bar on the private individuals' website and follow the instructions from there. Alternatively, you can email us at info@vogastyling.com. Write that you have a gift card that you now want to use, and also what the gift card itself says (what service/sum). You can also mention some dates that would suit you.
Usually it is possible to extend the gift card, so that it is valid for 1 year from the date you received it. If you notice that your gift card is about to expire and you don't have the opportunity to use it yet (or if you'd rather save it for another season), please contact us and we'll extend it.
No, absolutely not. You buy as much or as little as you feel like.
If you're looking for clothes/style for a special event, and aren't looking to do a lot of shopping, we recommend the budget or budget+ packages. However, if you are looking for a more general or major update in terms of clothing, we recommend the standard or premium packages. The difference between the packages is first and foremost the length of the shopping trip. If you know you'll often need to do a lot of thinking, it might be a good idea to go for a package with more hours, so there's plenty of time. Another thing that differentiates the packages is the way we receive the advance information. If you feel you want to meet the stylist before shopping and explain what you are looking for and what your current possible clothing problems are, then we recommend the premium package. Through a physical meeting, the stylist will get the best possible picture of you as a person and what kind of clothes would suit you. However, if you live relatively far from Vaasa or Helsinki, it may be more convenient to take a package where the advance information is given via an online form.

Yes, if you are in a quandary about a garment while shopping, it is possible to discuss the matter with the stylist and get the opportunity to buy the garment later (and also get the discount).
The preliminary information we collect consists of about 30 questions. Depending on the package chosen, these questions are answered either through an online form, or directly to the stylist during a preparatory meeting. Some of the questions are basic fundamental questions, such as contact information, age, clothing and shoe sizes, height, etc. The more detailed questions we need answers to include:
Briefly describe your personality:
How would you describe your current style of dress?
What problems, if any, do you experience when you go shopping, get dressed in the morning or go out to eat in a restaurant, for example?
Are there clothes and colours you would never wear?
Do you have any examples of favourite items in your wardrobe and what colours do you prefer to wear?
What is most important to you when it comes to clothes? (comfort, reflecting personality, following a certain style/dress code?)
Is there a more specific piece of clothing you would like us to focus extra on finding? Or is there something you would like to add that you think is important when we select clothes for you?
Are you okay with spending a bit more on clothes? For example, on designer clothes?
In other words, we make sure that we really understand who the customer is as a person, and what his or her needs are when it comes to clothes and style.
